Position Overview The Field Service Technician is a key representative of Kisan America's service organization. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair currency counters and cash‑automation equipment while providing high-quality support to customers and dealer technicians. You will work independently within your assigned region, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the reliability and professionalism associated with the Kisan name. Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Kisan currency counters and cash‑automation equipment. Provide remote phone support to customers and dealer technicians, offering clear guidance and technical expertise. Maintain accurate service documentation, including work orders, parts usage, and customer communication. Build strong customer relationships through consistent, professional, and timely service. Support regional service needs, including occasional evening or weekend assignments based on customer requirements. Collaborate with internal Kisan America teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Complete required background checks and licensing applications for access to Gaming, Financial, and Government facilities as needed for service work. Licensing & Compliance Requirements Because Kisan America supports a wide range of regulated environments, technicians must be able to: Apply for and maintain Gaming Licenses for casino and gaming floor access. Complete Financial Institution background checks, including fingerprinting and identity verification. Obtain Government facility credentials, which may include federal, state, or municipal clearances depending on the site. Meet all compliance requirements in a timely and professional manner. Kisan America provides guidance and covers associated licensing fees where required. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with currency counters or similar cash‑handling equipment. Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to travel within your assigned region, including periodic overnight stays. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as part of a service rotation. Excellent communication skills, especially when supporting customers over the phone. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently. Ability to pass background checks required for Gaming, Financial, and Government facilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting banks, credit unions, casinos, retail operations, and high-volume cash handling environments such as casino count rooms, bank vaults, and CIT vaults. Familiarity with dealer networks or third‑party service organizations. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to remain calm and solution‑focused.
