Schedule:

Typically 40 hours/week + occasional weekends Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician with a strong background in thermal fluid systems and process heating equipment . This role is ideal for someone with excellent electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently in the field and traveling to customer sites across the U.S. and occasionally internationally. This is a hands-on position responsible for equipment startup, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support for industrial heating systems. Key Responsibilities Commission and start up new thermal fluid heating systems Perform preventive maintenance and field service on existing equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process-related system issues Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) before equipment shipment Complete detailed service reports and documentation after each job Support spare parts recommendations and sales when needed Travel to customer facilities for installation, repairs, and service calls Assist with customer training and onboarding of new service technicians Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally Required Qualifications 5+ years of field service experience with process heating equipment Strong experience with thermal fluid systems preferred Boiler-only experience may be considered, but thermal fluid experience is highly preferred Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Practical understanding of: Heat transfer Thermodynamics Fluid dynamics Experience using testing tools, analyzers, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently in industrial environments Comfortable climbing ladders and working around industrial machinery Strong written and verbal English communication skills Valid driver's license required Must be able to obtain a passport for occasional international travel Travel Requirements Travel can reach up to 80% during busy periods Occasional weekend work required Some international travel may be required Preferred Skills Experience commissioning industrial heating systems Ability to understand customer manufacturing processes and system integration Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated and highly organized Why Join Us?
