This job will require you to have:
  • The determination to study for and obtain the FEL-B license. Extra pay range for class A license.
  • Great skill knowledge and experience of basic hand tools.
  • Ability to work well alone without direct supervision or with a fantastic team.
  • Great customer service and communication.
  • Great organizational skills during the job and with documentation during the job.
  • Great attitude towards the job and others no matter the conditions.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors in varying temperatures for long periods of time.
  • Fearless of grit, grime and greased equipment to be serviced.
  • Able to provide transportation to the job and show up on time.
  • Able to pass a drug test and driving record check
  • must have Texas issued drivers license.
  • Ability to adapt to your environment.
During this job you will learn how to service, refill, install and inspect hand portable fire extinguishers in accordance to NFPA 10. We also service fixed fire suppression systems and need more techs licensed for these as well. There is plenty of room for growth. Once licensed to service extinguishers, you will receive an immediate raise. Future raises are based upon obtaining the next license and/or by your productivity. As the company makes money, so do you.
