We are committed to fast response times, excellent communication, and high-quality workmanship. We are customer service oriented. We are a family owned and operated company located in East Boca. Position Overview This is a hybrid role combining sales, customer communication, and hands-on mitigation work. We are looking for someone who can confidently walk into a water loss, explain the scope of work, sell and close the mitigation job on-site , and then perform the necessary mitigation services. If you have restoration experience and strong communication/sales skills, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Respond to water damage leads and evaluate the loss Explain the mitigation process clearly to customers and secure the job Prepare estimates or initial scopes as needed Perform water extraction, demolition, and drying setup Take thorough documentation (photos, readings, notes, sketches) Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance contacts Identify additional mitigation needs and present recommendations Monitor drying progress and update documentation daily Maintain a clean, professional presence on-site Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services Qualifications Experience in water mitigation and property restoration Ability to confidently speak with customers and close jobs Strong documentation skills (photos, readings, apps/software) IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) are a plus but not required Valid driver's license and clean background Ability to work in fast-paced, emergency environments Physically able to perform mitigation tasks (lifting, demolition, equipments, etc) Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Commission on closed mitigation jobs (NO
