Precision Ag Field Service Technician

Jenner Ag is a Agriculture Equipment Dealer. Jenner Precision, a branch of Jenner Ag, is seeking a full time, dependable, Precision Field Service Technician. Territory will cover approximately 150-mile radius around Bloomington, IL. This is a remote position, but candidates will need to live within territory. Why Join Us? Repair and refurbish used equipment as recommended by sales and management. Strives to become a partner with accounts to insure their future growth and profitability. Maintains a high degree of professionalism and personal ethics in all business transactions with said accounts. Installing GPS and Precision products on tractors and planters. Contact, resolve, and follow up on all service issues within 24 hours. Works with company as a team to produce profitable growth. Completes all reports and work as requested within an acceptable time frame. Which may include, but is not limited to: Field reports, service orders, budgets, forecasts, customers service issues and warranty issues. Phone Support All other duties as assigned Possess a valid driver's license (Class A CDL helpful, but not required) and maintain a good driving record
