Role:

Responsibilities:
Install and maintain flagpoles and related accessories at customer locations. Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure equipment functionality. Provide excellent customer service during installations and service calls. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain inventory of tools and equipment for service tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all installations. Document service activities and report findings to management. Assist in training new technicians on installation procedures and safety practices.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. 1-3 years of proven experience in installation or service-related roles. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Able to obtain or already possess a DOT Medical Card Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in installation work. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Must be reliable, respectful, and able to work well independently or as a team
