What You'll Do:

Respond to emergency situations and provide mitigation services for water, fire, and mold-damaged properties. Perform structural drying, water extraction, demolition (sheetrock removal, carpet pulling), and debris hauling. Maintain detailed drying logbooks and set up/monitor restoration equipment. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including nights and weekends) to support 24/7 emergency response.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1+ year in restoration/mitigation preferred.

Skills:

Ability to handle water and fire damage tasks with precision, follow work orders accurately, and ensure high-quality results.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written English skills.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work varied schedules, including after-hours and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.

Certifications:

IICRC certification is a plus—but if you're eager to become certified, we'll support your training!

License:
