Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Job Purpose:
The Field Service Technician at ENV Services, Inc. is responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for various equipment and systems. This role ensures that all service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems as per company standards and client requirements. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory management. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical support and training as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company/customer policies during all service activities. Stay updated with training to deliver knowledgeable and efficient service. Provide feedback to Managers to enhance service quality and performance. Manage and prioritize service calls to meet customer expectations and service level agreements. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics, HVAC, or a related field preferred. Required Experience 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or maintenance roles, preferably within the HVAC or electronics sectors. 2. Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing technical equipment in a field setting. 3. Experience in customer service and client interaction, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Required Skills and Abilities Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems and equipment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while adhering to service schedules. Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment relevant to the field. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards and protocols.
