We are seeking a motivated and dependable Territory Support Representative to support customers throughout the coastal South Carolina market through a combination of customer service, deliveries, operational support, and day-to-day account assistance. This is a customer-facing role that works closely with surveying, engineering, and construction customers to help ensure they receive the products, responsiveness, and support needed to keep projects moving. This position focuses primarily on consumable products (stakes, marking paint, flagging, etc.) as well as construction instruments. Growth Opportunity This role offers exposure to customer accounts, branch operations, logistics, and the surveying/construction supply industry. For motivated individuals, there is potential for future growth into sales, account management, or operations roles as the company continues to grow. Responsibilities Coordinate with sales representatives and branch personnel to support customer needs. Deliver surveying and construction supplies to customer offices, warehouses, and job sites. Assist customers with pickups, orders, and basic product support. Pick, pull, receive, stock, and organize inventory; facilitate inter-branch transfers. Assist with warehouse operations, showroom organization, and general branch workflow. Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude both in the branch and in the field. Help identify customer needs and communicate opportunities to the sales team.

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely lift and move materials on a regular basis. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic computer skills, including email, Word, and Excel. Experience in construction, industrial supply, logistics, customer service, or related industries is a plus but not required.
