Base Salary:
$65,000•$75,000/yr Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Service Technician / Equipment Specialist to support equipment servicing, assembly, and deployment operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can troubleshoot technical issues, manage inventory movements, and meet client-driven deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Roles & Responsibilities Service and maintain equipment in the field, ensuring optimal performance and reliability Assemble and configure equipment within the manufacturing center Deliver, transport, and reposition equipment as requested by clients or internal teams Meet and manage deadlines specified by various clients and internal stakeholders Monitor dashboards and systems to proactively identify and resolve service issues Assist with and track inventory movement of integrated equipment components Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, inventory, and system updates Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: Networking Solar Power Equipment Security Systems Integration Low Voltage Technology Strong proficiency in data and trend analysis Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems Ability to meet both client and company-specified deadlines Professional demeanor with strong client-facing communication skills Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Associate Degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, or Renewable/Solar Energy Technology Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology Industry certifications such as: CompTIA A+ or Network+ Cisco
