We are looking for field-ready specialists for residential and commercial installations and service rescues. This is a full-time commitment ; we do not hire through LLCs. Service Areas While this post is for Clarksville, TN, we also have active operations in Charlotte, Gastonia, and Hickory, NC. Pay Structure (Per Task) Contractors are paid per completed work order: Residential Single Play (RSP): $52.56 Residential Double Play (RDP): $65.47 Residential Trouble Call (RTC): $33.42 Rescue Single Play (RRTCSP): $44.07

Earnings & Training Daily Earnings:

Average $200-$250+ per day .

Onboarding:

2-week field-readiness program.

Training Pay:

Flat rate of $400 per week .

Schedule & Requirements Hours:

8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; includes at least one weekend day.

Vehicle:

Must own a Truck, SUV, or Minivan (No sedans).

Tools:

Must own basic hand tools; must provide your own smartphone.

Status:

Individual 1099 only (No LLCs).

Pay:

$200.00 - $250.00 per day
