Work Description:

Schedule & execute service calls in customer facilities to install, test, and repair equipment Educate customers on equipment operation, adjustments, preventative maintenance, safety regulations and provide general customer service Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses Maintain accurate parts and tool inventory and related records Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree or GED equivalent required 3+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing industrial equipment Ability to interpret blueprints and instructional drawings preferred - aptitude to learn this skill is required Mechanical skills/aptitude and ability to use hand tools required Comprehension of machine tolerance required Excellent communication skills required (verbal, interpersonal, and written) Basic computer skills required Travel up to 90% of time Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for insurability by commercial carrier required Willingness to outside of normal business hours and/or overtime when needed
