Southeastern U.S. (Travel Required)

Known for delivering high-quality service and dependable systems, we are proud of our long-standing reputation in the field. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the Memphis region.
Position Overview:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of GunnCo in the field—installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial pumping systems at customer sites. The role requires routine travel throughout the Southeast, with travel time paid. We provide a company vehicle for site visits, fuel card, daily per diem, and all necessary tools and equipment. On-the-job training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary customer contact during site visits, ensuring professionalism and satisfaction. Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair pump systems and related equipment on-site. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints. Inspect equipment and systems, diagnose issues, and execute timely repairs. Complete service documentation and reports for invoicing. Assemble and package customer orders at the shop when not in the field. Travel 1-3 nights per week throughout the Southeast (with paid travel time).
What We Offer:

Qualifications:
Required:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must meet vehicle insurance requirements). Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs, climbing, kneeling, standing for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively and write clear service reports. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast. Ability to pass drug testing (per company or customer requirements). Commitment to working in a tobacco-free environment.
Preferred:
Experience in instrumentation and control systems. Associate's degree or technical school certification. Prior experience in field service or equipment installation.
