In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering, installing, and servicing a variety of appliances and equipment. Your proactive approach and technical skills will ensure seamless setup and outstanding service for our customers, helping to build lasting relationships and uphold our reputation for quality. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and others to deliver appliances and equipment to customer locations with precision and professionalism Install, assemble, and set up appliances, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and related equipment according to schematics and technical specifications Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on appliances and mechanical systems in the field Interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs Provide exceptional customer service by explaining product features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during delivery and installation Conduct equipment inspections post-installation to verify proper operation and safety compliance Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and work performed for each job Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or field technician with a focus on appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical systems Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Previous delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles in a customer-facing role Knowledge of appliance assembly, electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, and equipment repair techniques Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively using diagnostic tools and schematics Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck preferred Physical ability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform manual tasks throughout the workday Join us as a Delivery/Install Member if you're passionate about hands-on work that combines technical skill with customer interaction.
