As a Service Technician, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and systems. Duties Learn and apply technical skills through paid training programs to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently. Assist senior technicians in performing maintenance tasks and troubleshooting complex issues. Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performance and safety standards are met. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service procedures, findings, and recommendations. Document service activities accurately in company systems for future reference and quality assurance. Support inventory management by tracking parts and tools used during service calls. Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand your technical knowledge and stay current with industry advancements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus but not required. Strong desire to learn new skills with a proactive attitude toward professional development. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with electrical or electronic systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
