Field Service Technician - Coppell, TX

Conduct on-site or in-house repair of equipment to ensure it meets Rohde & Schwarz' high standards of performance Diagnose equipment malfunctions and performs repairs Understand complex RF system architecture and apply that to diagnostic process Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment
