You will enjoy professional autonomy in the field, utilizing your diagnostic expertise to resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues while maintaining high-performance standards for our clients. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform precision repairs on commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Execute proactive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Manage service requests efficiently, ensuring all technical interventions meet established quality and performance benchmarks. Coordinate with technical support teams and equipment manufacturers to identify parts and resolve complex operational failures. Maintain accurate digital records of all service activities, inventory usage, and work orders via mobile platforms. Uphold rigorous safety protocols and environmental standards during all installation and repair procedures. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in trade-related maintenance or facility systems. Current EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants. Proven proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC/R troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex technical diagrams and schematics. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate service vehicles. Preferred Skills Formal technical trade school education or equivalent vocational training. Experience with commercial foodservice equipment, including hot-side cooking appliances. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Proficiency with digital documentation tools and Microsoft Office applications.
