Mitigation Technician

Overview:

American Restoration Water and Fire LLC. is a disaster recovery company with clients all over New Mexico. We respond to emergency floods and fires 24/7. We have an immediate opening for an entry level technician. Starting Pay is $17-$21 hour , depending on experience. $24/hr if you are up to date with your IICRC certification. We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. If you are detail-oriented and have a passion for restoring properties to their original state, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to restoration requests and emergencies Perform water damage restoration, set and monitor equipment Clean and restore properties affected by various types of damage Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete restoration projects Conduct carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines during restoration procedures

Requirements:

Active Driver's License Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration work Ability to restore and clean properties effectively and efficiently Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

MUST PASS A BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST
