What You'll Be Doing:
As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will respond to homes and businesses affected by water damage and help stabilize and restore the property.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Responding to emergency water damage calls Extracting water and setting drying equipment Monitoring drying progress and documenting job conditions Performing demolition and cleanup of damaged materials Communicating professionally with customers about the work being performed Taking detailed photos, moisture readings, and job notes Driving company vehicles safely to and from job sites Working closely with project managers and teammates to complete projects efficiently Maintaining equipment and keeping work vehicles clean and organized What This Job Is Really Like This is not a desk job. It is physical, fast-moving, and sometimes unpredictable.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of water restoration or related hands-on labor experience Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working in physically demanding and dirty environments Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in an on-call emergency response environment Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening Authorized to work in the United States Ability to communicate professionally in English Preferred Qualifications IICRC WRT or Mold certifications Customer service experience Experience using mobile apps/software for documentation Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits Full-time position with overtime regularly available Consistent hours year-round Paid training and industry certifications Advancement opportunities into lead technician or project management roles Company vehicles and equipment provided during work hours Work with one of the largest ServiceMaster franchises in Texas Why ServiceMaster Advanced Restorations?
