Job Description:
Limited knowledge of IT systems and hardware. Junior level of experience required for this role Involving basic tasks such as equipment cleaning and restocking . The main responsibility is performing routine preventive maintenance (cleaning and upkeep) on various IT equipment to ensure they function efficiently and avoid breakdowns.This includes:
Cleaning internal and external components of devices Checking for wear and tear Ensuring devices are operating smoothly Performing scheduled maintenance visits Equipment covered: Kiosks (self-service machines) Printers (high-usage shared printers) Workstations (desktop computers in common areas) Another key part of the role is ensuring that shared devices are always stocked and ready for use .This includes:
