Field Service Technician

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and skilled Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair rental equipment. This role is critical to ensuring our equipment is safe, clean, and ready for customers. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of rental equipment Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently Inspect equipment upon return to ensure proper function and safety Prepare equipment for rental (cleaning, fueling, basic checks) Maintain accurate service records and reports Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed Ensure a clean and organized work area Qualifications Experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, or mechanical repair preferred Basic knowledge of tools and diagnostic equipment Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical environment Valid driver's license (required) Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred (Not Required) Experience in equipment rental, construction, or automotive repair CDL or ability to obtain one
