You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across conveyor systems and electrical & mechanical equipment, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Grand Prairie, TX location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service across conveyor systems and electrical & mechanical automation environments. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Conveyor Systems and Electrical & Mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, or repair Strong technical expertise in electrical & mechanical systems within industrial or automation environments Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in conveyor systems and industrial equipment Experience with diagnostic tools, calibration equipment, and software related to industrial automation technologies. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams for effective problem resolution.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline. Experience with Honeywell Intelligrated Conveyor Systems or similar platforms Experience working with PLCs and automation systems in material handling environments Ability to mentor and support junior technicians in conveyor and electrical/mechanical systems Continuous learning mindset with a focus on automation and conveyor system advancements Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance applicable to industrial field service work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers, specifically within conveyor systems and electrical & mechanical equipment Provide expert-level technical support for Industrial Automation (IA) solutions with a strong focus on material handling and conveyor systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of conveyor and automation solutions Lead training sessions for customers and field service technicians on electrical & mechanical systems and conveyor operations Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in conveyor systems, automation, and electrical & mechanical technologies Hands-on experience with PLC systems, sensors, motors, inverters, control panels, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes Conduct both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks on conveyor systems and mechanical/electrical equipment Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for all electrical and mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including conveyor systems, sortation systems, robotics, and ASRS Follow safety protocols (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a safe working envBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
