Bonus based on performance Company car Competitive salary Dental insurance Employee discounts Free uniforms Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Position Overview We are hiring experienced Coffee Equipment Service Technicians to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting on commercial espresso and coffee equipment. This is a field service role with a company vehicle provided. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment (La Marzocco, Rancilio, Eversys, Mahlkonig, Mazzer, etc.) Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) visits Install new and used equipment at customer locations Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues on-site Manage service calls efficiently and maintain accurate records in our system Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships Order parts and manage inventory for jobs Work independently while coordinating with the service team Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience servicing commercial espresso/coffee equipment (preferred) Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments Professional appearance and strong communication skills Self-motivated with good time management Basic computer skills for service tickets and emails Willing to travel
Nice-to-Haves:
