RSI Texas, LLC (RSI), a CFESA certified company, is seeking Refrigeration Service Technicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to join our team. Responsible for performing repair, maintenance, installation and/or refurbishment work for commercial beverage-related food service equipment such as coffee, tea, juice or espresso machines. Technicians will be provided with a company van, appropriate inventory to perform service calls and a work cell phone and tablet. Technicians must be comfortable with or willing to learn how to document all work performed on a tablet. This position is an excellent cross-over opportunity if you have any mechanical training (auto, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and are simply looking for a change. Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment according to an established service schedule, company and factory standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. Apply knowledge of products and seek additional training and education as appropriate. Document legibly and accurately all work completed and submit such orders to office personnel according to company policy. Work closely with management to ensure timely scheduling of work. Maintain service vehicle in a clean manner. Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Offer assistance and instruction to employees as needed. Train new employees on all aspects of the Field Service Technician position. Develop and implement quality control training for Field Service Technician employees Perform other related duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
Must be EPA certified. You have experience with Beverage & Espresso equipment service Must be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration (TDLR) Industry certifications such as CFESA, NATE, and FACTORY are preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving recordPhysical Requirements:
Exert up to 150 pounds of force (pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying, etc.) regularly and up to 50-75 pounds of force frequently without assistance. Climb and work from 8ft ladder, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, twist, grasp to perform essential job functions. Tolerate environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat, cold, noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and poor ventilation. RSI is an equal opportunity employer.
