We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new technologies. Immediate openings - multiple positions available. Qualified candidates may be interviewed within 24-48 hours of applying. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and data center equipment. Assist with equipment commissioning, startup, and system testing. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems. Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts (aerial lifts/skylifts), and other material handling equipment. Perform pre-use inspections of powered equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized job site. Complete service reports and project documentation accurately. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude required. Construction, industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or similar experience preferred. Data center experience preferred. Bitcoin mining industry experience is a plus, but not required. Proven experience safely operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (aerial lifts/skylifts) required. Ability to safely operate powered equipment in accordance with OSHA standards. Willingness to learn new technologies and equipment. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when necessary. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available Must be willing to work weekends, overtime, and extended shifts as project schedules and customer demands require. Travel Approximately 50% travel Overnight travel may be required. Job locations may change as projects are completed.
