In this energetic role, you will be responsible for running equipment, delivering, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and running a wide range of applications. Equipment on-site at customer locations. Your mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and leadership will drive customer satisfaction and ensure equipment operates at peak performance. Duties Run, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and units, and related mechanical equipment in various customer settings Conduct routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Lead on-site service visits by guiding customers through ongoing jobs and explaining technical details clearly Use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment Ensure all work complies with safety standards, onsite codes, and company policies Document service activities thoroughly in service reports and update maintenance logs and field service reports and stage or daily reports Experience Proven experience in the Oil and Gas Industry Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to run equipment as needed Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques Leadership qualities with the ability to guide customers through onsite jobs confidently Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients of varying backgrounds Join us in delivering reliable solutions that keep our customers comfortable and operational!
