Service Technician- Level 2

This role focuses on providing advanced technical field service support for wellhead equipment. As a Service Technician 2, you will troubleshoot customer equipment issues, perform repairs and refurbishment, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. You will collaborate with both shop and field teams, making a significant impact on service delivery while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complex repairs and refurbishment on wellhead equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Troubleshoot and resolve customer equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions. Assemble and disassemble equipment as required, demonstrating technical proficiency and attention to detail. Prepare accurate field service tickets and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain service department equipment and fleet vehicles, supporting operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. A minimum of two years of related wellhead service equipment experience is necessary to qualify. Candidates must possess technical experience with the product line being serviced. The ability to travel within North America and the Western Hemisphere is essential. Effective written, verbal, and reading skills in English are required for communication and documentation.
