Field Service Technician

DLS Structures LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Service Technician to join our growing industrial service team. This position involves performing on-site maintenance, repairs, installations, and fabrication work for ready-mix concrete plants, warehouses, and industrial facilities . This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to work in demanding environments. Duties & Responsibilities Perform field service repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment Service and maintain ready-mix concrete plants (conveyors, hoppers, mixers, belts, etc.) Install and repair warehouse racking, dock equipment, and overhead doors Conduct welding and fabrication (MIG/Stick preferred) Troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical components Perform preventative maintenance (PM inspections) Read and follow job scopes, blueprints, and work orders Maintain a safe and clean job site Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance, construction, or ready-mix plant work preferred Welding experience is a strong plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Valid driver's license required Ability to work overtime, weekends, and travel locally Comfortable working in outdoor, dusty, and heavy industrial environments Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work long hours when needed

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.50 per hour
