Job Description

Flood Impact Xperts is seeking a dependable and motivated Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This position involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing water extraction, demolition, drying, equipment setup, and monitoring moisture levels while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is hardworking, professional, and eager to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. Previous restoration or construction experience is preferred but not required, as we provide training and opportunities for advancement. Job Responsibilities Respond to emergency water, flood, and storm damage losses. Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and mitigation services. Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers. Conduct moisture readings and document job progress. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members. Follow IICRC standards and company procedures. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services. Qualifications Previous restoration, construction, mitigation, or related experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
