This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic lift systems and skids at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in artificial lift applications. Roles and Responsibilities Install, operate, and maintain hydraulic lift systems and associated surface equipment (skids) Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on HPL systems in the field Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure efficient lift performance Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Adhere to Weatherford's safety standards and client-specific protocols Travel to remote well sites across the region as needed Skills and Education 2+ years of experience in artificial lift systems, preferably hydraulic lift, jet pump operations, industrial multiplex pumps or compressor skids. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Comfortable working in field conditions and on-call rotations Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus) Experience with Weatherford lift systems or similar OEM equipment Knowledge of oilfield operations in the Permian Basin #LI-KP1
