Key Responsibilities:
Mange field needs per work order assignments. Complete pool equipment repairs and installations (pumps, filters, heaters, automation, salt systems, etc.). Oversee jobs that involve other vendors (tile, mason, demo) Assist technicians on service standards, safety, and best practices. Plan, schedule, and communicate daily service workloads. Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly. Conduct quality equipment inspections and filter cleans of bodies of water when needed. Coordinate with office staff on scheduling and service requests. Answer and complete emergency service calls after hours & weekends. Identify opportunities for upselling repairs, upgrades and remodels.Physical & Work Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle pool equipment and chemicals. Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and standing. Occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call availabilityQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred). 3-5+ years of pool service, maintenance, or repair experience. 1-3+ years of supervisory or management experience. Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and service procedures. Ability to read and interpret service reports and water test results. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Certifications:
(Preferred/Required) Must have RAIL license: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification (required).APSP / PHTA
certifications (a plus). OSHA safety training (preferred).Compensation & Benefits:
