The Installation Technician deliver, assemble, and install fitness equipment while delivering an outstanding experience. This role blends mechanical skill, troubleshooting, documentation accuracy, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, assemble, and install commercial fitness equipment ensuring proper and safe installation methods Handle and move heavy objects safely and efficiently Maintain truck/van inventory; follow safety and housekeeping standards Experience operating and driving a 26' box truck with lift gate Communicate professionally, providing clear next steps and timelines Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve uptime, SLA adherence
Qualifications & Experience:
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time Mechanical/electro-mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand/power tools. Commercial fitness or similar field service experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, organized, great communication skills. Ability to work independently, local travel (and occasional overnights) as needed. Basic proficiency with mobile apps/CRM/work-order systems.
