Field Service Technician DB Amusements LLC Round Rock, TX Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Relocation assistance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Vehicle cleanliness maintenance Moving Driver's License Power tools Material handling equipment operation Full Job Description We're a family-owned amusement company looking for a dependable, hands-on Field Service Technician to install, service, and maintain commercial equipment — pool tables, jukeboxes, ATMs, dart systems, and arcade games — at customer locations throughout the Round Rock, TX area. This role is a great fit if you take pride in your work, show up reliably, and enjoy a mix of technical work, physical labor, and daily customer interaction. No two days look the same, and that's exactly how our team likes it. What you'll be doing: Installing and moving heavy commercial equipment (300-600+ lbs) using hand trucks, dollies, and proper team-lift procedures Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing amusement and coin-operated equipment in the field Operating a box truck for deliveries and installations across the area Representing the company professionally with business owners and customers on-site Managing your own daily schedule and service routes independently Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations Handle service calls promptly and professionally, with availability for occasional weekend or on-call shifts Keep a clean and organized vehicle, with proper care of tools and spare parts What we're looking for: Dependable — shows up, follows through, takes ownership Experience with moving equipment (hand trucks, dollies) and power tools Professional and comfortable working face-to-face with customers and business owners Valid US driver's license with a clean record Experience with heavy commercial equipment installation or field service preferred
