At ServiceMaster by Texas Best, we help families and businesses in the Concho Valley recover quickly from water damage, fires, storms, and mold. As a locally owned company serving San Angelo and the Concho Valley for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on fast response, quality work, and treating every customer like family. We're looking for reliable Restoration Technicians who show up ready to work, take pride in their craft, and can handle the physical demands of emergency restoration. No experience? We'll train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What You'll Do:

Respond to emergency water, fire, smoke, and mold damage calls (including after-hours on-call rotation) Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Remove and dispose of damaged materials; clean and sanitize affected areas Pack out and handle contents carefully Assist with light construction/repairs as needed Document work and communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and the team Follow strict safety protocols and IICRC standards What We're Looking For (Reliability Matters Most): Strong work ethic and reliability — you show up on time and follow through Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces/attics/crawlspaces, and stand for long periods Comfort working in challenging environments (wet, smoky, dirty conditions) and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and clean driving record Good communication and customer service skills (you'll be in people's homes/businesses during stressful times) Team player who takes direction and works safely Previous construction, maintenance, landscaping, or restoration experience is a plus — but we train motivated candidates IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) preferred but not required to start Must be able to pass a full background check and drug test prior to employment Why Join Our Team? Pay:

$15

• 17 per hour depending on experience, with significant overtime opportunities. Reliable technicians who are available for after-hours calls can earn $35,000
• $55,000+ annually .
