The ideal candidate will be located in the Western US Provide technical support in a customer service focused manner until repair issue is fully resolved Updating and resolving BOTIS tickets timely and accurately Aids Production & PDI departments for critical needs (diagnosing) Through Fleet Intelligence, provides reports of field actions and resolutions Using BOTIS ticketing system And Fleet Intelligence reports, identify repetitive failure patterns, recommend, and manage field product improvements or campaigns Travel as required (75%)
Requirements:
