You should be able to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. A commitment to safety in oil and natural gas and refinery environments is required. Responsibilities Respond to service-related inquiries (return materials, service requests, R&D requests, commissioning orders, etc.), including determining the activities necessary to resolve any issues and completing any necessary paperwork to ensure compliance Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers on service needs, recommended maintenance, and other service-related questions Interpret machine drawings, routings, and bills of material to understand and meet design specifications Troubleshoot problems with equipment and make repairs or retrofits in a timely manner These are some of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during your workday, but you may be called upon to fulfill other duties as needed.

Qualifications Comfortable in a manufacturing setting and with the physical requirements of the position Must have strong technical aptitude, good problem-solving abilities, and the ability to learn and understand product mechanics, electrical wiring, and some electronics Ability to read and understand machine drawings and manufacturing instructions This position requires some travel and compliance to customer site requirements including a clean driving record, routine drug testing and physicals, and occasional wearing of breathing equipment and other protective equipment that may require minimal facial hair or other accommodations High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, supplemented by hands-on or vocational school training or relevant experience Does this sound like you?
