Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves traveling to job sites to inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment Operate and maintain a fully equipped field service truck Accurately document work performed, parts used, and hours worked Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs and recommendations Maintain tools and equipment in clean, working order Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support other techs or shop staff when needed

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in equipment repair (ag, construction, diesel, or related industries preferred) Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic skills Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions Basic computer or tablet skills for service logging
