Job Summary:
We're Hiring:
Demo/Restoration Technician We're a growing, family-oriented company looking for a motivated Demo/Restoration Technician to join our team. As a young company, we're excited to find someone who wants to grow with us long-term. No prior experience in restoration or construction is required — we provide hands-on training and support to help you succeed. We're looking for someone who: Communicates well with customers Enjoys hands-on work Isn't afraid to get dirty Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude Sales experience is a plus
Duties:
- Demolition Clean and restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage Perform mold remediation Utilize hand tools and power tools to demo and restore damaged area Implement water damage restoration techniques to mitigate property damage
Requirements:
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks Be able to work in crawl spaces when necessary Ability to communicate effectively with customers and respect their property. Attention to detail Great team attitude Starting wage is $16-$18 an hour, plus performance bonuses that make it closer to $20-$22 an hour.
