We are looking for an individual who is motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently while providing high-quality service and support on heavy equipment and machinery. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on equipment and machinery Troubleshoot and repair 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Identify problems quickly and develop effective repair solutions Work independently in the field or shop with minimal supervision Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Complete service reports and communicate repairs professionally Respond to service calls and assist with emergency repairs when needed Maintain punctuality and flexibility with work schedules and overtime when required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience working with hydraulic systems Knowledge of 12V and 24V electrical systems Ability to problem solve and think independently Self-motivated with the ability to work alone efficiently Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Neat, organized, and professional work habits Flexible schedule and willingness to work extended hours when necessary Ability to obtain a TWIC card Heavy equipment or diesel repair experience preferred Preferred Skills Experience with construction, industrial, or heavy equipment Ability to read schematics and service manuals Strong communication and customer service skills Welding or fabrication experience is a plus What We're Looking For We value technicians who take pride in their work, show initiative, remain dependable under pressure, and are committed to getting the job done right the first time.
