Primary Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair systems at customer sites, requiring both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of parts and tools, and order replacements as needed. Provide hands-on training for customers on the operation and basic upkeep of equipment. Record and update service logs, maintenance reports, and customer interaction notes to ensure proper documentation for future reference.

Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in a technical role, preferably in mechanical or electrical maintenance and repair. Experience in service roles that require working alone without supervision. Strong customer service and communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing principles. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet applications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently. MUST have reliable transportation. All necessary tools and training are provided for this position. This position requires a personal vehicle to be used to travel to sites. A monthly car allowance is provided.
