Full Job Description About Us:

We are a full-service restoration company specializing in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. Our team manages every phase of mitigation and rebuild, delivering reliable, client-first solutions.

Job Summary:

As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing on-site mitigation and restoration tasks. This includes assessing damage, removing water-damaged materials, setting up drying equipment, and ensuring the site is properly cleaned and restored.

Key Responsibilities Mitigation Work:

Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification. Remove damaged materials and handle fire damage cleanup.

Equipment Setup:

Set up and monitor drying equipment, air scrubbers, and other tools.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of work performed, including photos and notes.

Customer Communication:

Provide clear updates, and address questions throughout the project lifecycle.

Safety Compliance:

Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to job-site safety standards, while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. Skills and Qualifications Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and readiness for hands-on field work. Flexible part/full time role, but with 24/7 availability required for emergency response Ability to work in challenging conditions and lift heavy equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Prior experience in water and fire mitigation or related IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.) is preferred but not required.
