Full Job Description Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Restoration Crew Leader Are you someone who enjoys leading by example, supporting your team, and staying hands-on in the field? SERVPRO of Whatcom County is continuing to grow, and we're looking for motivated, people-focused leaders to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry while continuing to grow their leadership and construction skills along the way. Backed by support from our larger SERVPRO network across Washington, our teams work closely together to tackle large losses, support one another during busy seasons, and continue growing together. We're looking for individuals who communicate well, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about the success and safety of the team around them.

Restoration Crew Leader Responsibilities:

Lead and support crews of 2-3 team members on restoration projects Perform demolition, mitigation, drying, and cleanup work on fire and water losses Assess damaged materials and determine what can be restored or removed Clean, sanitize, and safely handle customer belongings and affected areas Prepare and maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to SERVPRO standards Follow safety procedures and properly use PPE and restoration equipment

Restoration Technician Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Comfortable using hand and power tools in a physically demanding environment Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
