Execute water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation processes to prevent further damage. Assist with fire restoration efforts including soot removal, odor control, and structural cleaning. Utilize construction skills for minor repairs and prepare sites for reconstruction or further work. Operate carpet cleaning machines and perform asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols. Document all work performed accurately and communicate progress with team members and clients effectively. Skills Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning services. Strong knowledge of fire restoration techniques and water damage mitigation methods. Familiarity with mold remediation processes and asbestos abatement procedures. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other restoration equipment safely and effectively. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and debris removal. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges during restoration projects.
