Lead Technician - Water Mitigation Eco Water Restoration - 1.0 Kent, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract $30 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid time off On-the-job training Safety equipment provided Qualifications Customer communication Water damage restoration Customer service Driver's License IICRC Certification Construction Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to oversee and run water mitigation jobs across Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue, and more. Our ideal candidate understands proper drying techniques, can manage job documentation, and communicates well with customers. The Lead Tech will be responsible for job execution, efficiency, and quality while representing our company in the field. Responsibilities Sign, document, and run jobs according to company standards and industry best practices Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) using proper drying strategies Perform moisture mapping and monitoring Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and safety requirements Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation Drive and maintain a company-provided take-home van Perform detailed inspections of affected areas to identify water damage sources, mold growth, asbestos presence or other hazards. Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools necessary for demolition, cleaning, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and construction tasks. Skills IICRC Certification Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work as required Proven experience signing and running water mitigation jobs Strong knowledge of drying equipment and drying strategies Great customer communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay and benefits Monthly bonus structure Take-home company van Opportunity for growth within the company Stable, year-round work Why Join Us We are an experienced water mitigation company that values customer service, efficiency, and doing the job right.
