Summary As a Restoration Technician at Xpress, you will play a vital role in our emergency team. Located in the Kirkland, WA, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by various disasters while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities Perform water and fire restoration to restore properties to their pre-loss condition. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various restoration tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all restoration projects. Solid communication with Mitigation Estimator, Owners and Tenants with daily updates. Requirements Experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
