Lead Water/Mold/Fire Damage Technician — All Dry Seattle Full-time

As a Lead Technician, you'll be the standard-setter on every job site. You'll run crews, mentor teammates, and be the face of All Dry for our customers — communicating clearly, working cleanly, and leaving every property better than you found it. What You'll Do Lead job sites from setup through completion, keeping work on-scope and on-standard Perform and oversee water mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation Walk customers through the job scope in plain language — no jargon, no surprises Document everything accurately Keep vehicles and equipment in clean, mission-ready condition Participate in pre- and post-job briefings with the team Mentor junior technicians and hold the crew to our standards Assist with job scoping, quoting, and training as we grow What We Need From You An excellent attitude — non-negotiable 2+ years of water damage or restoration experience Meticulous attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work Strong communication skills with customers and teammates Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights or in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks Comfortable working in challenging environments and conditions Experience with power tools and restoration instrumentation
Certifications Required:
