As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll inspect damaged properties, perform selective demolition, set up and monitor drying equipment, document your work, and communicate professionally with customers throughout each project. Are you able to perform these essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation? Are you comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and other confined spaces? Are you comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights? Are you comfortable working in hot, cold, wet, and dirty environments? Are you comfortable working around water-damaged, fire-damaged, or mold-affected properties while following proper safety procedures? Can you legally work in the United States and reliably travel to various job sites with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and dependable transportation? Are you willing to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening if required as a condition of employment? Can you consistently report to work on time and maintain reliable attendance? Are you willing to work overtime, participate in an emergency on-call rotation that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and respond to emergency call-outs with little notice? Are you willing and able to accurately document your work using a smartphone or tablet, including taking clear photos, writing detailed notes, and following company procedures while working independently with minimal supervision? Are you willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, gloves, eye protection, and protective clothing, when necessary?
