Hours:

Wage depending on experience, certification and licensing. Earn up to $70 per hour!!!

Location:

This position is performed on the road in the greater North King County and Snohomish County areas. Job Duties /

Responsibilities:

Gather information and data about equipment being serviced. Diagnose system failures and issues, educate customer on findings, and offer recommendations for solutions. Navigate tablet software to understand previous history of customer and their equipment. Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond their knowledge base. Job Requirements /

Skills:

Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners. Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software. Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field. Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. HVAC experience required, with additional training provided.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.

Work Location:

On the road 5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening Competencies Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must have good oral and written communications skills. Observe all company procedures and safety rules. Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the work day.
