Field Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious Field Service Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for performing gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and other services for residential and commercial clients. This position requires significant work on ladders and roofs, handling heavy equipment, and maintaining a fast-paced work ethic. A professional and presentable demeanor with customers is essential. Your compensation is directly tied to your performance, with the potential to earn up to $120 per hour, although the average is $60 per hour for technicians who are efficient and take direction well through our merit-based commission structure. We would like to emphasize this is a very rewarding position with the ability to easily and substantially increase your pay. Duties Safely and efficiently clean gutters, downspouts, and roofs on residential and commercial properties. Operate and transport heavy ladders (up to 70 lbs) and other necessary equipment to and from job sites. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures without exception when working at heights. Take direction from team leads and management to ensure job specifications and quality standards are met. Maintain a professional, courteous, and presentable appearance when interacting with all customers. Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients on-site, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed. Maintain equipment in proper working condition and keep the work area tidy. Work quickly and efficiently to maximize daily job completion and earnings. Requirements Proven ability to work safely and comfortably on roofs and extension ladders for extended periods. Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy ladders (up to 70 lbs) and perform strenuous labor in various weather conditions. Excellent work ethic with the ability to maintain a fast pace throughout the workday. Strong capacity to follow directions and adhere to established safety and operational procedures. A neat, clean, and professional appearance suitable for customer-facing work. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Must be able to pass a background check. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently to various job sites.

Pay:

$25.00 - $120.00 per hour
