Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Technician to support healthcare clients across Washington and surrounding states. This unique role is based in Washington and involves servicing infant security systems and related low-voltage technologies in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The technician will be part of a collaborative team of 15 field service professionals covering the eastern region. Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems (12-24V AC/DC), including RFID and access control technologies.
- Service healthcare facilities including hospitals and nursing homes (approx. 50/50 split).
- Travel to client sites within a 3-hour radius; occasional flights for extended support.
- Manage service calls, courtesy visits, inspections, and remote support as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Work independently with flexible hours (average 6-hour days, some up to 12 hours).
- Guarantee of 40 hours/week with a minimum of 10% annual overtime.
- Expense hotel stays and mileage when applicable; company card provided.

- Basic IT knowledge and technical competency.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively.
- Up-to-date immunizations (needed for healthcare facility access).
- Associate's degree or higher in electronics, low-voltage systems, or IT.
- Experience with companies such as Securitas, Stanley, Accutech, or similar.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting.
